Tonight, we were getting ready for bed when Alan saw a horse trot by the house. Nothing odd in that, but this was 11pm and the horse was all alone.
We popped outside to have a look.

Later, and many video clips later, the horse is tied up, then snaps the rope, then runs off. Just when we thought it was gone for good, another larger horse comes running up the road.
Eventually, half the neighbours are out and the firemen too.
It was all like a scene from Little House on the Prairie!
Well, off to bed.
